Happy Paws Hua Hin – Terms and Conditions

1. General Requirements

  • All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
  • Proof of vaccination must be provided before check-in.
  • Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious diseases.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that shows signs of illness, aggression, or is not properly vaccinated.

2. Boarding Policy

  • Check-in and check-out times must be scheduled in advance.
  • A daily boarding fee will be charged per night for overnight stays and hourly or daily for Doggy Day Care.
  • We understand you may be running late for pick-up, please inform us in advance to avoid additional charges.
  • Extended stays beyond the agreed duration may result in additional charges.

3. Feeding & Medication

  • Owners must provide clear written instructions for feeding and medication.
  • All food and medication must be clearly labelled with the dogā€™s name and dosage.
  • We are not liable for any adverse reaction to food or medication provided by the owner.

4. Health, Injury & Emergency Care

  • In the event of illness or injury, we will attempt to contact the owner and/or listed emergency contact.
  • If urgent care is required, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment at our discretion.
  • All veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
  • As your dogs will roam freely and enjoy all spaces and facilities. The owner will be liable for any injuries resulting from disputes with other dogs in a supervised situation.

5. Behavior & Safety

  • Dogs must be non-aggressive and able to interact safely with staff and other dogs.
  • Any dog displaying aggressive behavior may be isolated or removed from group play.
  • We are not responsible for injuries or illnesses resulting from normal dog play or pre-existing conditions.

6. Personal Items

  • You may bring toys, bedding, or other items, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage. All items must be labelled with your Dogs name

7. Abandonment

  • In Thailand itā€™s against the Law to abandon dogs. If a dog is not picked up within 5 days of the scheduled check-out date, and no communication is made, the dog may be considered abandoned.
  • We reserve the right to take appropriate action in accordance with local laws regarding abandoned pets. The dogs owner will be liable for all costs in regards to the abandonment.

8. Liability

  • The Dog Boarding Hotel will take reasonable care to ensure your pet’s safety and well- being.
  • However, the facility, staff, and management are not liable for injury, loss, or death of a pet due to unforeseen circumstances, natural causes, or acts of nature.

9. Payment and Cancellation

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation for stays of 10 days or more.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Full payment is due upon check-out.

10. Consent

  • By leaving your dog with us, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
  • You certify that your dog is in good health and has not been exposed to any contagious illness in the last 30 days.
